If you act early in the transfer market you can get good deals done at good prices so it is good to see the club being proactive unlike past years when we try to force teams to sell for cheap right at the end of the transfer window when they have no time to replace the player so in turn tell us to fuck off! Likewise if RvP, Theo or Song are going to leave I hope they are out by mid or late July at worst. We need the whole team and squad to have a proper pre-season together rather than be scrambling to get players in at the last minute.
I think my mate described it best, we at times act like bargain hunters in clothes sales who find the item and size they want, wait for sales and then can't get what we want because it is too late!
