Rosicky was superb, but ran out of steam for the last 10 mins or so. He gave his all in the first half already. Brilliant effort, just not to be.

If I might add, Kos and Vermaelen defending on their absolutely on were fucking heroic. Ox was good as well. Other than that, the whole team really put in a hell load of effort, honourable mentions to the others.

Ref was fucking shit though, got everything wrong. Could have done with bringing Ryo and Shava on in this match. Could have brought Park on so much earlier too

I really dont have anything to complain about. What an effort from the lads. too bad Robin missed that.

Heroic doesn't begin to describe it. So proud despite the exit.

Just can't stop thinking about their offside goal from the first match, as well as the penalty we never got. As much as we fucked up in the first match, those moments ended up beeing decisive in the end.

It bothers me to see these lads work so hard, play so well for naught...

One thing I absolutely loved was the way the stadium was rocking...

Overall I thought they boys were brilliant tonight. Every player gave everything they had. Did themselves and the club proud.

He might've been useful especially given the way Milan were playing

Milan missed their chances as well. We were fucked after 70 minutes, cant fault the team. Still feel gutted having played so well...

Meh im not gonna complain about van persie he has got us out of too many situations to complain that he didnt score that chance. tbh the team gave the effort so pride has been restored, Milan were getting arrogant actually believing the hype from their first leg win.

Imo of course but every season for the past few years we get injuries and drop in form after march, whilst manu always seem to get better, i think the way the pre season is conditioned we set out how our season usually is.

I honestly think its a player management issue during the regular season more than anything. Not just the fact that our squad isn't good enough, but also the mentality that we seem to have when going into the run-in. We are very defeatist due to going out of this or that competition around Feb. and don't have the stones to keep it up, especially when the players who feel so dejected end up having to play 3 times per week. We get jaded mentally and physically.

I guess, I think people generally prefer it if players miss their chances the old fashioned way than try something a little too cute and then fuck up.
