Would not bet against them mismanaging us right out of the top four.
Our third place this season could easily have been fifth - I wonder do they recognise that at all?

If he jerks us off all summer and then wants to leave come August, then I'll hate him more than Cole, Ade and Spurs combined.

Nah, you won't. You'd just have what Wenger calls 'disappointed love'!

the fact that we bottled the last day and were kept in 3rd by martin fulop is being glossed over. gazidis banging on about winning the title and the cl is laughable in light of the above. city winning the title and chelsea winning the cl has accelerated the activity of the top 3. can't see us doing anything other than clinging onto 3rd/4th spot for dear life.

I think he might retire.

Exactly, half the reason we risked falling out of the top four was because we were so under prepared when the season began. We wasted 7 games because we didn't have a settled squad.

It's not the lack of quality that put the CL places at risk, it was the lackadaisical approach by the senior management. I view that we would never have doubted falling out of the top four had we done the basics right before we played Newcastle in August.

They left out the part about Barca and Madrid.

are you being sarcastic? Because that's actually true. The Podolski buy was at the right time.

😆 Put it this way Tony.

It is true Wenger was pro-active but I say it with more than a hint of bitterness when I remember last year.
If we lose RvP he has to be a hell of a lot more pro-active.

that gazidis comment is ominous. it wouldn't make sense for the club to delay any good news.

up to this point i haven't cared much, but the embarassment of repeatedly losing the captain of the club begins to grate.

IMO a mid-table selling club.....

Robin to Madrid rumours in France now.

As much as I'd be disappointed we don't really have a good bargaining hand. If Jose is game, he can have Robin for Sahin + Higuain.

That would be fine with me too.

I wouldn't mind taking Varane or Callejon if he wants rid as well.

Sahin + Benzema and it's a deal.

Only saying this cause I feel like Robin is off. Familiar scenes once again at Arsenal. Gazidis sugarcoating, Wenger earning extra cash while Robin gets his head turned.

It's not like us to put our foot down and hold him to his contract. Bluffing to drive the price up from drooling buyers.

Hill Wood's come out and given his opinion too.

Cannot wait until we're rid of that guy. If he gets a bridge too....

Was spot on in what he said.

cant offer rvp big wages, hopes rvp is loyal likes giggs and scholes, is 'confident' there will more new signings

I don't have any problems with what Hill Wood said.
