The rot in the reserves stance, isn't that just posturing with the luxury of knowing that you don't have the responsibility of making that decision?
It's not a card any manager would play with a player who is generally considered a prime asset.
I'm not the manager or board member, my investment in the club is purely emotional.
I hate Man Utd and Tottenham and I don't have to justify it.
I wouldn't expect you to justify it Biggus, but berating Wenger for selling him to United implies that you feel they made the wrong choice and that somehow there were other realistic options - letting him rot in the reserves being listed amongst those options.
There was no choice.
For me the issue is that it ever got to the stage where we were cornered into having to sell.
This business of not tying players down before they can manoeuvre themselves into these positions has to stop.
Looks as if we're on the right track with Koscielny, Vermaelen and the newer arrivals.
Remains to be seen how we manage Theo.
Song - no idea what's going on there really.
