FT 2-0. We definitely need to at least try for Neymar. Would be worth 4 times more than what we will pay for him now in future
Euro 2012 Qualifiers
Most impressive thing about the Brazilians is that, without neccessarily being that big, they all appear to be incredible athletes. The way they move, change direction and accelerate, especially when on the ball, is a step up from pretty much everybody else.
Ramires is starting to look good as well, for club and country (though I only half watched today). Could be an important player for Chelsea in the next few years if they find a good position for him.
Also, Tim, I remember you recommending Tantra a few months back when you found out I was in Notts. Went last week and it was full of creepy middle aged men... we left quickly, didn't even see the beds.
Oh well, I've only gone there when massively pissed so maybe that's why the beds seemed like a good idea at the time.
Went out for diner so missed the second half, I see Neymar won a penalty - anything else good or interesting happen?

Only saw those blokes at Victoria while waiting for a mate, threw that post up when I was still at home. Most of the stadium was Brazil.
Did you enjoy the game? What do you think of a few of the Brazilian boys in the flesh or even Charlie Adam?
According to YoungGuns' Twitter:

Brazil's Neymar claims a banana was thrown at him and he was racially abused at the Emirates Stadium this afternoon. Shocking.
Shocking. I just hope no one holds anything against Arsenal. Neymar in particular!

Scotland didn't do much and to be fair, I wasn't there to see any of them.
Only went to see Neymar and while I didn't feel that he was great, I wasn't disappointed; kid is quality.
Still rate Kaka as the best player I have seen at the emirates and that is including Messi and Ronaldo.
He had some great moments of quality - his first goal for a start, was superbly taken.
I missed the second half, did any of the other young Brazilians come on and make an impact?
Nah, thought they looked an average team for the most part. Ramires looked decent.
Yeah, as a team, they certainly looked average to me in the first half. If they put a good frame around Neymar though, by the time the 2014 World Cup rolls around, they could still win it.
spain are fucked for 2014 aint they?
Neymar claims that fans of the opposition were booing him just as he was about to take the penalty - which is apparently racism
This is what Neymar said:
"I feel great and scored two but what happened with the banana is sad"
"I don't want to make a big deal of it. I was running down the touchline in the second half and saw it but I didn't see where it came from.
"They were jeering me a lot, even when I was about to kick the penalty. The entire stadium was jeering. This atmosphere of racism is totally sad. We leave our country to play here and something like this happens. It's sad. I'd rather not even talk about it, to keep the subject from escalating."
If that's the way he sees events and if he believes that the jeering was motivated by racism then, even if it was not the case, he left the Emirates with a really poor first impression
Hope in time he'll view it differently!
Arsenal have confirmed it was a German teenager, sat in the Brazil section of the stadium, that threw the banana. Arsenal and the Metropolitan Police are satisfied there was no racist intent and no further action will be taken.

Just happened to have a banana on him, did he?
Sebastian Larsson just scored the winning goal for Sweden.
Carroll is a proper unit.
Slow as shit though.
