Last season the club made record bids for M'vila and Götze.

I think the club are willing to spend big. The bigger issue is whether they can get the players(whoever that may be) and tie up the deals.

I don't think we're willing to spend big at all.
Cazorla was our major signing, there won't be another one in that price bracket.

Wenger will see if there are players who will actually improve on what we already have but he's not going to break out a big cheque for any of them.

£10m on any one signing max.
