I am still happy that we have already signed Podolski. 🙂
Afellay would be a top signing
Don't rate him, wouldn't want him. Guy's about 25 now, and has had one good season his whole career - he's a fancy-dan skillful player who hasn't really proven he can get it done at the sharp end of the pitch.
I hear what you're saying but he won me over with his performance away to real Madrid last year
You mean in the Champs League? I don't recall him, to be honest...

Yeah, he set up Messi twice but he only played 20 odd minutes then.
Just read what Le Grove had to say and they're a reputable enough source. 3 big transfers in one summer would be unprecedented!
He reckons we'll end up with 6 first team signings.
Wait, who's the third? Afellay? Eriksen? Hernanes? It's getting hard to keep the rumours separated.

Sorry, have we been taken over by the Abu Dhabi group while I was asleep?
I think there's something in the Holtby story but he is coming as a squad player.

😆
Feck knows. I'm still struggling to believe we've signed Podolski and (it looks like) M'Vila, and it's May 8th.
Wenger wasn't kidding when he said he didn't like transfer windows 😉
At this rate it will be boring as fuck because we will have finished our shopping before it even opens. That would truly make me happy. A summer without all the drama. 🙂
IS that Pasion de Multitudes blog still talking about Holtby and Suarez?
Alex McLeish looks to Karl Henry to strengthen Aston Villa midfield
I'd just give up on football for a couple of years if I was a Villa fan, it's not worth the anguish
McLeish won't be there to sign anyone this summer.
Eriksen's agent says he's staying put this summer.
"I don't think the timing is right," Martin Schoot told Sporten.dk. "It is important that he continues to develop his game with Ajax." On the reported interest from AC Milan, Schoot added: "Milan is a very interesting club and would be a big step forward, but I don't think he is ready for a big club like that."
