True. Still think Sanchez himself can't afford to go into the season without giving his all in every game as this "give all" actually is what makes him the player he is and why we accept this "losing every other ball dribbling into a player" he is very good at, because a moment later his determination and desire can win us a game; take that away and you have a Joel Campbell who will hardly get a brilliant contract elsewhere this time next year. Think he will be fine once he soon realizes he has to be.
He wasn't happy last season either and still was by far our most productive player by the end of last season. Sanchez will be fine and then will find himself a new great club with good wages, that is how it works anyway. It's more about what we will do this time next year than how will Sanchez play. Hopefully it will be without Wenger and a new team will be built by then.
Except we're never going to get anywehere close to a relegation zone in the winter. There is a lot of things wrong at the moment but those talks about losing 7 games on the trot and avoiding relegation is some serious exaggeration. And two away loses in the first three games plus "losing" the never effective Chamberlain doesn't really change that.
Welbeck not starting I can understand, Lucas though I can't. Walcott better perform.
Yeah, wouldn't even talk about the fuck up as it was a game over anyway, it's just the general stopping that worries me. It seems like he's not so quick and "big" when it matters anymore. Definitely not a solution for another 3 years.
Well that was it, got what we were expecting to get.
Worried about Cech too, now. Doesn't make those great saves anymore, thought he could have stayed big and saved the second one too.
Glad for Sanchez up front and Walcott starting, that's about it.
Why worried for Cech? Thought he wasn't really responsible for the goals lately, solid as usual if that's enough.
I think we have literally no chance to get anything out of this game at all. Looking at any version of midfield we're left to play with against Chelsea it's so bad. No discipline or "tactical clue" whatsoever and that would probably stand even if Xhaka or Ramsey were available, our midfield is one big mess.
Iwobi si great, just needs to score now.
Sanchez is really a good attacking player but he also is too wasteful. Creates a lot by his movement only to waste those chances.
Finally a solid bench too.
Never really been too covinced by anything Xhaka has done over the time he's been here but yeah better players were given more time to actually integrate themselves into the team so he should come good. It's just the other midfielder who played next to him a couple of days back then against Swansea and has had like 200 starts already for Arsenal who I'm concerned about. Considering which league Xhaka came from and his age I'm ok with him.
Wish to know why Sanchez looks so annoyed all the fucking time, a boy is quite difficult to please by the look of it. Annoying.
Not working for Ozil today, again.
I woulnd't mind Elnemy on, he looks to have a better passing edge, could make things a bit quicker at least. Him or Ramsey for the last 30 min.
Giroud being an idiot again, even if it wasn't a foul he was offside. A yellow for fuck off.
Doubt so, Ramsey doesn't play because he comes from injury and clearly can't play the whole game. Hardly Wenger's mistake those players can't take a shot from some distance anymore too.
Obviously. Good team. Didn't Ramsey come off struggling with some injury in the last game?
I don't think the China link could be taken seriously either. One thing are those whose best years are behind and go abroad to try something new at the end of their careers, another are players like Pelle who never was a big player to begin with and simple wanted to earn some big money. Sanchez doesn't belong in those two categories.
A simple task of them to sign contract up to 200,000k a week if we were to win one of the two big trophies to satisfy their needs, a difficult one if we stay behind again.

Would be strange to put Perez back on the bench after his hat trick. Especially with Theo in poor form.
I think I might still be a bit biased as I wasn't really convinced by him as our attacking signing but I don't think it would be strange at all. Even with his hattrick (and fair play to him for scoring one) I think his link up play and combination with others was and still is far from great and considering our leage form and all, I wouldn't change the team from the one that won the West Ham game. Wenger doesn't do it too anyway.
Cech - Gabriel - Mustafi - Koscielny - Monreal - Coquelin - Xhaka - Walcott - Özil - Camberlain - Sanchez
A safe bet.
