20 league games left. Long, long way to go. Lots can happen.

Yep but it's crucial we beat spurs. Wilsheres return and a good signing will see us improve

Keeping Spurs aside for a minute, do you think we can overhaul Chelsea?

Arsenal in relation to Spuds and Chelsea will depend a lot on what happens in the transfer department.

Who's "we" and "us"?
It's Wenger's fault- He won't invest in the squad.

Yes Biggus, I know.

I have a habit of referring to Arsenal as "we" and "us" but I would have thought it was clear that I don't blame us fans for our current predicament.
Nor do I blame the player's effort.

That obviously leaves the usual suspects which I thought was understood.
It seems not πŸ™‚

Oh itΒ΄s understood Y va...

Good. No need to finish every post with a "blame Wenger" then πŸ™‚

If we all did that, it would be the ultimate Christmas present for Biggus!

If we actually beat teams like Wolves and take advantage of Chelsea losses then sure.

But I cannot stress enough the irony of laughing at Liverpool and Chelsea for drawing to crappy teams at home on 26/12/2011 and then drawing to Wolves at home on 27/12/2011. I'm not angry at laughing at the other teams. Just pissed that we did the same thing.

Well depending on the context its important to distinguish "We" from we the forum/we the Arsenal fans/we the team/we the club. πŸ™‚

I certainly blame some of the fans for their lemming like support of Wenger, if the heat was turned up on him a bit more maybe we might get things moving again.

I don't think I ever use "we" in the context of "we" the forum Biggus πŸ™‚

Back on the subject of Spurs.
I think Friedel has made a real and significance difference to them.
Take him and King out of the equation for a length of time and they'd drop points.

I saw these stats from Orbinho that highlighted some of the main differences between us and them - they were surprisingly (for me) in defence.

Attacking stats:
Arsenal - Spurs
Attacking Goals 34-34
Shots on target 116-119
Conversion 15.1%-14.5%
Shooting Accuracy 51.6%-50.6%
Pass % opp half 80%-79%

Defending Stats
Arsenal - Spurs
Goals Conceded 26-19
Clean Sheets 6-6
Shots on conceded 68-95
Goalkeeper Save % 61%-79%
Errors for Goals 7-0

Woeful to watch they are.
Dalglish is such a misery.

Jay Spearing obviously hasn't learned from his red card at Fulham, that was similarly reckless. Though I suppose when all the cretins around you are telling you that you shouldn't have even been booked you probably are going to keep doing it.

I just read that Downing has 0 goals and 0 assists since he moved to LiverpoolπŸ˜†

I'm so glad we didn't sign Enrique. For some reason, I can't stand his face.

Carroll... πŸ˜†

πŸ˜†
Oh my, Carroll's first touch.
He should skulk off in shame after that.
