I don't think they are. They got beat 6-1 at home last weekend and are in real trouble of going down - that clause he has is a real problem for them - I reckon it's past the transfer haggling.
If we were still in negotiations either wenger would flat out deny it or say it is nowhere near complete.
I feel that being norwegian I can take a bit of credit for this transfer-to-be, considering the stellar job Ståle Solbakken is doing at Köln.

Aye, I think it's polite to not make an announcement before the season is over. Most people already know that he'll move. No point getting worked up before he can be officially registered. He won't be playing for us until August anyway.
