I keep hearing this "he can't leave in Jan coz of the ACN". why? who gives a shit what he's to do with his time? surely Boredom won't object taking him earlier than the summer if they want him (which they do), and we can get our replacement at the beginning of the month if we know we're getting rid of him anyway.
Where's the problem? I only see an opportunity.
