We always hear about Daniel Levy, but never Joe Lewis.

Who is he and what does he do?

British billionaire who lives in the Caribbean. He is the majority stock holder of ENIC - the company which owns Tottenham Hotspurs. Levy also has a sizable stake at ENIC and is Lewis's business partner in certain other ventures as well. Since, he is the Tottenham's chairman, he makes all the day-to-day decisions in there and is more in the news off the two.
