Big Willie Remember being disappointed the cones didn't "hit me" and complaining in a worldly way for months afterwards that I "didn't like weed" because it "didn't do anything for me" (actually I just had no fucking job or money)

Burnwinter still remember the first time I took a hit. Was in year 12 on a biology field trip to Somerset for a couple days and my mate pulled one out. I was off my head that whole night from like 3 pulls. Ended up sneaking out our rooms in metal gear sold style stealth mode to the girls room. Me and my two mates and the girls ended up joking and messing about for ages.

Actually one of my mates was so zoned out he was at the foot of one of the bunk beds with his headphones on rocking back and forth in one spot all night until the teachers caught us and kicked us out haha.

Burnwinter I actually contacted him when I was in college and offered to help him with the pages design as it was getting a bit old looking. He didn't take up my offer. :

I used to check it first thing when I got to my computer every day in college and then the same in work for years until he stopped and switched to Arseblog. I can actually remember reading about us signing a kid from Barcelona called Cesc Fabregas on there.

Big Willie I feel so innocent compared to you. My first time using internet was www.pokemon.com, although my dad didn't know how to spell it so we ended up on www.pokkemon.com which was nothing at all.

Only listened to 10 minutes but Ians not on it. I think he might avoid it these days incase Alan says something mad that gets him cancelled off BT or the Athletic.

I passed Ian Stone in Edinburgh during the festival a few weeks back. He was chatting to someone and looked to be flyering his show so didn't bother him, but think I'd have spoken to him if he was free. Though I suspect my wife would have thought I was mad if I just started talking about Arsenal to a random man in the street.

Tam too late now, but I reckon he'd have loved it if you'd engaged him. I pulled an "Unlucky Theo" on him when he was doing a gig in Battersea - it was so long ago, Nick Bendtner has scored a last minute winner at Wolves...

I went for a piss after his set and came back to find him chatting to Jo - he'd come down to have a chat with us about the night's football. 😃
