Wenger's has overseen several recent humiliations. Don't forget the four goals United put past us in the Cup a few years ago. That was demoralizing. I doubt he's that bothered. What usually happens is that the media attacks him for his cavalier approach and relience on children, and then he just becomes even more determined to prove them wrong.
That is why buying players who are aged 26 -29 this summer is impressive. I never would have expected that from him. I don't think he deserves another chance, but maybe there will be less humiliation going forward
