Jones has been very suspect this season at center back. He's mostly played in midfield this season. Most Utd fans prefer Smalling over Jones in the center back position. Rio is finished too.

Ha, I had to think about that for a minute, forgot who it was that looked like Goebbels.
I can see Man U digging in and drudging forward 1-0 at a time.
They are finito if anything happens to Rooney though.

I'm not sure they can do with 1-0 thing continously without Vidic. At the very least, it will be a lot harder for them.

Harder for sure, think Da Gea's inexperience counts against them too.
Every time I write them off they come back though 🙁, this season I'm not going to be so quick to do so.

they'll find a way to win by any means necessary. people talk about fungus and manure's attacking nature, but that's bullshit. when he has a ton of quality players they beat you by taking the game to you. when he has sub-standard players he resorts to the sort of tactics that make allardyce and pulis stand up and say "damn, i need to try that." he's the father of their negative, kick you off the pitch styles.

Fungus is an excellent manager and I for one won´t write them off as long as he is still there. He usually finds a way to keep them right up there no matter what.

4-6 weeks but since this is england and the premiership like running an ironman contest over christmas, it's around 6-7 matches.

I predict a loss for Spurs on Sunday 🙂
Defoe, King and Bale are all doubtful though they'll probably miraculously materialise at the Britannia but even so I think they might lose out.

While I'm hoping Stoke can take points off them, I just recently heard that in reality Stoke have a terrible record at home. 🙁

Spurs will finish the year in 2nd. Wonder what the odds on that are. They probably shortened in the past week. And Chelsea could be 3rd as well. We need to hope for a better or equal outcome versus Citeh to maintain our Chelsea chase.
