So; Cazorla, M'vila, Jovetic, Malaysia XI keeps and d-fence are in the bag. Happy dayz!
Santi Cazorla
The fact that he's admitted we're working on it is very encouraging. Tells me the latest rumours are probably accurate...
It could equally mean he's 'trying to work out' how the rumours started.
The more I think about this the more I think this is going to all end in tears....

in light of the m'vila "done deal" bs before the euros, i'm not getting my hopes up until I hear something solid from our club.
honestly can't see what other quality midfielders available if we miss out on him
if we do sign him that would be two big name signings so far. Interesting.

And what does this tell us?
I did not see ze incidents where our defence collapsed.

Honestly, it could. The second sentence is hardly put in to context by the first one. There's no sign of 'we are still working that out' on Arsenal.com, either.
I'm doing everything possible to believe this is not true. The Mata saga last summer was too much.
I'm 99.9% sure that Arsene Wenger doesn't lay awake at night worrying about how transfer rumours start. And the 0.1% is busy trying to work out whether or not I'm a figment of my own imagination.
I'm not saying Wenger's lying awake thinking about how rumours start. His 'working that out' comment would clearly be a throw away statement. It's not exactly like Wenger to comment on a deal in progress and say we're working on it, either, now is it?
It is when he is abroad.
Or when it's at an advanced stage and already common knowledge.
What it actually reminds me of is what he said about Baptista (first time around) and Robinho.

Thankfully no one else seems interested. If they were, I doubt Wenger would have admitted to the possibility of a transfer.
The biggest hindrance is Malaga because they're backed up by a man worth $2 billion. Unless relationships with Cazorla have reached breaking point, they won't let their best player go.
Rumour time!
Arsenal.com have taken down quotes from Wenger about Cazorla.

I'm way too sucked in by this rumor. Will be gutted if this doesn't materialize.
You'd think Cazorla's agent would have his own car.
