I don´t care if Vieira was employed by God. I still would have been less than impressed with him trying to get one of our players to leave Arsenal. His job, btw, can hardly be tapping up players from other clubs that are under contract.

Always got the sense Vieira didn't have a massive crush on Arsenal after leaving in the way Thierry, Ian Wright (as negative as he can be), Dixon, Keown and other former players do.

We won't miss nasri. Good player though he is, he'd not a great fit to how we should play. We will miss fabregas a lot though.

If a staff members of Man City, Vieira in this case, is talking to our player who is under contract - isn´t that as clear evidence as you will ever get of tapping up? Nasri said in his Shitty interview he had talked to Paddy all summer and how it had a big impact on why he wanted to go there!

Shouldn´t be the end of anything though. It should definately be reported since the player has admitted to this going on. Also, I don´t think he is a cunt.

It's called tapping someone up, which is theoretically punishable.

Vieira was never Arsenal through and through anyway. He stayed with us for one reason only back in -03, and that was because Real didn't want to pay him enough wages. I didn't really have a problem with it back then - I was just glad that he stayed at the time - and I don't have a problem with it now, but he's hardly a role model as far as club loyalty goes.

Yeah, FIFA will come down hard on them. That wont be a waste of time at all.

And despite the fact that I really have no problem with the way Nasri has left-he's at least been fairly honest and open with the club-he is most definitely a cunt. Hes like the archetypal, cynical, money grabbing modern player. The poster boy.

I´m willing to bet most posters on here, and most sane persons in the world, would act pretty much as Nasri has done here in their professional lives. Don´t for a second start pretending that you wouldn´t go to another company if they offered to roughly triple your wages and at the same time you would have greater chances of success. Also pretty sure you wouldn´t like being called a cunt for it either.

That's all very rational Rex but this has nothing to do with reason.
Doesn't matter how we act in our lives, rules are different when it comes to playing for Arsenal - he let us down this summer, we could have done with him staying once Cesc had left but he sold out.
He's an irrelavance now, a footnote.
