The French radio station RMC said Ferguson was at Lille scouting Debuchy the other week, not Hazard. He'd be a great signing for United.

For what it's worth I think Hazard would end up coasting here. He's supremely talented but clearly not a very mature kid. I don't like the way he's whored himself out this season, anyways. He'd come here, be brilliant for a bit and then pull a Nasri. Might need a Ferguson to scare him into performing.

He might be on 'too high wages', but I think he'd be an excellent shout. He's got that Solksjaer like ability to never play, and then grab 1 or 2 when he's finally given a chance. Chamakh is on huge wages anyways and needs to go, and fuck knows what Park is about, or if he's any good or not.

I don't draw too many conclusions about Hazard's "whoring" himself out at this point.

He seems to have Lille's agreement that he'll move on in the summer.

He may have Lille's agreement, but he seems undignified with the way he talks about this club and that club. Let your agent deal with all that nonsense, and get on with the business of helping your club win. Even though the club hadn't more or less said he was gone, Adebayor annoyed a lot of fans by linking himself to Milan and other clubs. It's not on!
