That is clearly bs. Its so clear that Bale is off. Levy is just smart about it and buying before it becomes public that they just recieved £100m for their star player.

Osvaldo to the Saints who are building a very decent team. Like the look of the Wanyama-Schneiderlin partnership. Rodriguez is playing superbly on the left and seems to be a perfect fit in the Pochettino system. Lambert will probably play in the hole leaving Lallana and Ramirez to play on the right. Good depth and options all round. Also have two quality young full backs. Signed Lovren earlier in the summer too. Top 10 is not unrealistic for them, maybe even higher.

Wenger can't even see the old bargains he used to. Adem llajic is a potential £30 mil player available for < £10 mil and we are fucking around for no reason, I'm losing my mind with this club as it seems I can work out who we can or could at least try to sign while the club is just dragging its heels all over the shop.

Plenty of bargains out there as there are plenty of broke clubs out there, we need to just get ourselves out of the intra-premier league market as nothing will go down there.

Gazza, with our without Bale, we are now looking at a Spurs squad that is better than our own. Their two biggest issues in the run-in: strikers and midfield depth have been address with conviction this summer. Monkeyboy often had to single-handedly win games, but the new acquisitions will spread responsibility nicely.

To be honest, if you told me that we were going into this season with Soldado and Paulinho, I'd be happy. Not ecstatic, but happy that we have made improvements in two problem areas

Im scared of Spurs now. Unless we buy 4-5 players including a couple of starters i can see us losing the 'battle for 4th' this year.

Jazz, these players are not world class, but they are the next logical step for Spurs.
If you look at the players they have acquired in the last two seasons, they are slowly improving quality
Loris, Vertonghen, Paulinho, Dembele and Soldado are better than their predecessors. Guys like Siggurdson, Capoue and Holtby are also potentially upgrades, assuming Bale stays.

Contrast with our club where we have replaced van Persie with Giroud and Fabregas with Wilshere, etc.
