Shakhtar have confirmed that Dortmund have made a 23 million Euro bid for Mkhtariyan and no one else (including Liverpool) have called them yet. They say, however, that they wouldn't let him go for anything less than 30 million Euros and have said that the price remains on his head for the next ten days.
Question: Is he good enough to command that kind of fee?
I am not sure if Liverpool can stump up that kind of money without selling Suarez. But, since, Dortmund are in the mix, they'll clearly have to outbid him in order to get the player.
