Mata-Oscar-Hazard is pretty lightweight too, they've been fine though (with 2 PL débutants).

City have an exceptionally strong midfield too, provides a solid base. I wouldn't be worried if I was a city fan.

They need Fernandinho to be brilliant and hit the ground running though. Yaya was poor last season, looked disinterested and cumbersome. Garcia's been a poor signing leaving Barry as their most consistent central midfield performer. And, he too wasn't as good last season as he was the season before.

Pellegrini mostly uses a variant of 4-4-2 now. Highly unlikely that he will play will one up.

I think 10m is certainly too much, but thats the only way Saints is going to get good players. Overpay. Their central defence have a shocking lack of pace though, with Yoshida and Lovren.

He has played on the wings for his national side.

But Reddit (link in this thread somewhere) basically summed him up as Lampard with pace.

Wow. Immense goal, his price tag just went up to 40m.

Not sure anybody mentioned, but Liverpool is close to signing Mignolet and Cabaye signed for Monaco.

Isco has a 35mil euros buyout clause. I don't think he will struggle with the physicality of the premier league, he is too talented for it to be a factor. He's gonna be a star, here's hoping he becomes one for Madrid rather than City.

Mignolet is close to Liverpool move. Means Reina is off to Barca(most likely).
Where does that leave ter Stegen? Don't think he would wanna go to Barca as a backup to Reina.

Neymar's goal was awesome. The best imo.
