Not compared to Cape Town! You've got the mountain, ocean and winelands within a 30 km radius. The greenery does strike you, it's a different kind of beauty I suppose. The client that I'm working at now is based in cdb and I stay in Sandton, so do the drive everyday.

Explore the area a bit. You want hills, go into Magalies. You want water, go into Hartes. It's all about an hour away, but no more than you would drive to Stellenbosch, for example. Different kind of beauty though. Winelands are spectacular.

Ive gone to most of the surrounding areas. Keen to head out to Blyde River Canyon, its about 400kms away, looks stunning. There's a nice Arsenal pub in Fourways, Brazen Head. You must check it out.

The men showed how experience and talent overcame the 5 NBA bound freshmen of Kentucky...
The women, defending champions, played like champs from the first minute to beat Notre Dame....

connecticut is my home state and i grew up on uconn basketball. didn't stay in state for college so they aren't my main team now.

shit when i was a little kid kevin ollie was a player now he just coached them to the national championship. 4 times since '99, incredible really. they are like the complete opposite of arsenal, when they make a final they don't lose. i even like the women's team, i remember the rebecca lobo teams.
