Dom Meslier is the worst goalkeeper I've seen in this league in years. Out of the ones from the past popping into my head, I can only think of Taibi as worse.

Kepa will 100% leave. He's not going to fight it out to be a #2.. He can go somewhere that he can have a chance to be a #1 goalie. This is a pretty weak backup keeper signing though.

He was first choice at Leeds for a long while.

Runarsson, mercifully, was kept well away from the first XI in the PL.

I can’t get behind this. Kepa had two horror shows last lesson (Chelsea away first leg and CC final) but otherwise was fine.

This kid is a disaster. He looks like a nervous wreck most of the time and let in some bizarre goals which relegated him to Leeds’ bench in the championship.

I don't think there is. City and Liverpool spent 30m on Trafford and Mamardashvili as backup goalkeepers and they have security when they play in cup games.

He ended up third choice at Leeds last season (probably for a number of reasons) and played 0 games for them. I am pretty sure he could turn out worse than Kepa. He is initially signed as third choice for us, which is better for him than third choice at Leeds I guess, but could eventually be our #2 if Kepa goes. Much like Kepa (but to an even worse extent), he has very good ability but is a total head case and is wildly error prone.
