GooneriC he shredded the Championship with Leeds, and while that was as a dominant team he did stamp out a position/role ahead of other talented players.
He's been middling with West Ham but did return 7 goals and 5 assists in 34 games this year.
I think there's talent there but concerns about him being light weight against deep block teams. Lacking the power of Martinelli and the verve of Trossard, he'd almost be a hybrid of the two.
