Im just glad Argentina didnt win it again. Messi got his WC last time, and the Argentine team just got scummier this time around. Summed up by Enzo getting sent off for a terrible foul and dissent. And about 3 other players could've been sent off too. Spain controlled the game except for 3 minutes toward the end of extra time, but they still didnt allow a shot on target. Quite the boring game compared to the England/France game.

Im just looking forward to Arsenal playing again, this time with 3 WC winners in the squad.

Merino big player for Spain in this tournament, shame the other two didn't see many minutes. Understand why Zubimendi didn't start but Raya 100% should have been first choice. Simons didn't do much wrong but that is mainly due to Spain being so dominant and him not needing to do anything!

Mirth My main hope about it is Rodri sounds sick of the pace and intensity of the Premier League. But I wouldn't be surprised if City gave Rodri a ridiculous deal to close out his career with them. It's the kind of thing City do … they'd be happy to piss away £350k per week over 4 years (or similar) even if they only got 1 extra year out of it.
