It's definitely a feel good moment that we've needed.
A draw wouldn't have been a bad result. It was a bit of a limp performance in many ways. Nothing especially wrong with being slightly cautious away from home, but we didn't do it in a way that minimised our exposure to them creating chances. We gave them space and opportunities, and didn't create too much ourselves, or even look that interested in trying to do so.
Still, good win and a cathartic release after two losses.
What I will say in terms of being positive, result aside, it was good to actually get the win and stop any additional pressure going into the Bournemouth game. In Arteta's early years he had a habit of one adverse result becoming a few games without winning. He's done really well to stop that this year, but a draw here after the cup losses might just have been an extra thought in the minds of the players they could do without. Going into Bournemouth off the back of a win, even if a draw would have been a decent outcome, is a good lift.
