Well, all good players will end up being wanted by other clubs too, so we need to decide early what our first, second and third targets are for each position we want to strengthen (which we've probably already done as a club) and then go out and get them.
I don't think we will just sit on our heels and think that we won the league, so we're good enough... Arteta and the club have already told the fans we aren't done strengthening, so I'm pretty sure we know what our priorities are.
We're in a position of strength in the market though (for once) being Prem champs and CL finalists. We're now going head to head with the likes of Real, PSG, Bayern, etc in terms of being at the top of the heap in Europe. Players see that we have become a destination club instead of a stepping stone club. Strike while the iron is hot.
