daredevil as I said we get the ball to the final 3rd without issue. You'll even see our whole team pretty much in the opposition 3rd at times. Its not at all what’s missing.

If people think we are missing Zinchenkos great quick transition play because of that slapped together X clip then they have very short memories because he slowed us down by waiting an age to play those passes. There is reason he was pushed out of the team by MLS who isn't even 2nd choice now.

Qwiss yeah, it's part of the issue I have with the dominance narrative because we are camped in the final third but not actually attacking the box or getting into the danger areas. Just say outside bar comfortable for the opposition to marshall and zinchenko was also infuriatingly slow at progressing the ball.

Qwiss Zinchenko was replaced because his fitness was unreliable and his performances had dipped. I don't think we can understate the role he played in our improvement in his first season. After that, opposition figured out what we were doing at LB and it became a less effective channel for us. It's taken Calafiori (who is a unicorn) to make it a consistent threat again.

Don Pacifico zinchenko wasn't a threat. Blaming fitness is funny, he was 27 at the start of the season MLS took his spot. Could barely get a job co at struggling Forrest. He's just massively overrated for some weird reason. I actually thought it was a good signing at the he time but Pep knew exactly what he was doing selling Zinchenko to us.

Pep let him go because he had Cancelo & Ake and wanted to sign Cucurella not because he was pulling some high IQ move.
