Tam yeah his character conveys fear of errors so everything he does is focused on the potential negatives and that is absorbed by the team. It's why there is still a big question about Arteta and is he actually a manager who can get a team over the line. This season is very reminiscent of the Leicester title win, the rivals are all pretty average but we are starting to look like a team that cannot take advantage and if we don't win this season I think we are not going to be winning anything soon and certainly that should be the end of the road for Arteta.
