all over the place trying to come up with reasons why we should have thrown the bayern game. makes no sense. now arteta should have been fine with risking playing two extra games next year. we'll be healthy then i guess.
losing to bayern at home and then having two tough away games (brugge and inter) wouldn't have eased our woes. there is a what if for every scenario. but in the real scenario we're on 15 points with 3 games to go. there are also benefits to being top (home 2nd leg as long as you're in it). all the talk about how psg won while going through the playoffs, but a big positive going for them was taking over liverpool's home 2nd leg perk.
