We need someone occupying the #10 space, a ball-carrier who can link midfield and Gyökeres (Eze, Nwaneri), and Trossard needs to go. He cannot handle the game physically so he tries to compensate with psychological intensity which leads him to be a hothead in danger of disciplinary trouble. He is a 'finisher' in a game like this, not a starter.

Feels like Arteta picked the worst of the 3 options he had for LW today. At least with Martinelli he'd be helping the defence.
