Klaus -- right there with you, and its very clear in how he's asked Timber to play vs White, or White (overlap) vs MLS/Calafiori. It's clear that Arteta doesn't desire both flanks to play in the same manner. Some of that maybe down to player abilities (accommodating Saka) but we know enough about Arteta to also know that he still wants control on the tactic/patterns of the team.
Martinelli would be devestating in a Klopp/Slot 4-3-3 with him playing narrower and attacking on the angle, instead of encouraged to make straight/vertical carries to no man's land.
