I think the players need to be more assertive. This is their best chance to win a league title , get out there and do it and forget the man on the edge of his technical area. That Wolves result should have been a wake up call , but we've seen the same old low risk low performance game style since.
He seems to have way too much control and the players have been immersed in philosophy of the most important thing you must do is play where you cannot get caught when you make a mistake. So they go wide and play safe always because that's what he's ingrained in them.
Yes but we are playing "safe" and still giving up goals so whats the point? Its a bad mentality to have and we are suffering because of it.
We still have the best defense. In many of our recent games, the bigger issue has been we aren’t creating enough, not that we are giving up tons of chances. We are getting xG’d which tells you that the problem is more on the attacking end than defensive in these losses.
Claudius not sure I can agree. The goals we conceded yesterday were awful. First choice defence yeah we are good. Remove any of Timber, Saliba and big Gabby out and the defence is pretty ordinary again.

The only thing I take away from it is that City currently start matches slow so if anyone gets an early goal against them I think there is potential for them to drop points. If you get to 30 minutes without going ahead they become huge favourites.
