I feel for Spurs. I don’t think they have the perspective to battle for relegation. I see it in companies all the time. You think you’re battling for supremacy and one day wake up to find you’ve lost market share or revenue and have no idea how to crawl back out of the hole. Typically you lean in to what has made you good, but you ignore what’s presently ailing you, and fail to reduce waste and mistakes. If I was a betting man, I’d put $10 on them sinking.
