and that's not even counting Gyokeres, Odegaard, Jesus, Partey, Gabriel, Rosicky, and Arshavin....all of whom I think are better players than Eze.

I have to say, I was sanguine about us not signing him, but I am similarly buzzing about the prospect of him coming here. To me, he just seems like Arteta's kind of player , physically and technically; the whole coming home aspect puts the signing on a really emotional level (and you know I believe we should never really have to convince players to come and play here).

And mugging Spurs off makes him a hero before he's even done anything. But he'll be busting a gut for us anyway.
