JazzG interested to see how this changes his game. It could be brilliant for him and make him a monster but he might need a period of adaptation too. I've seen players before put on muscle like that lose pace and agility. Its not the sort of lean muscle @lorddulaarsenal likes. Although pace was never really a weapon of his so hopefully it'll just make him a monster on the ball.

Really good to be getting all the new recruits in early so they have a full pre-season to settle in. Although I assume Madueke will be given time off.

I do think pre-season is a good indicator of where we are at. I remember when we managed the 50pt half season we were looking very good in pre-season so hoping for the same again.
