Very sad news and the reminder of of how things in life can change in an instant and there are no guarantees whatever you're circumstances. These kinds off things are sadly happening to people but often you don't know about it.
With these stories I always reflect on trying to appreciate the things when they are well even though it's easy too take for granted and not to live live solely under the promise of things you will do in future because there is no guarantee.
