Ref did a poor job of protecting him. He is England's golden boy so the refs will do better in the Premier/English comps

Yeah, Mosquera also recently did a piece where he compared the kid to Yamal. I'm excited to have one of footballs wunderkids come through our very own academy. Also love how we are handling his minutes and development. Don't think it's a coincidence that Yamal is seeing so many injuries so early in his career. We don't need to ride Max hard at all. Just ease him in and use the worldie squad we've build to bring him along.

gabi XL's answer was odegaard so that's some selective editing by that twitter person. he mentioned max after the interviewer prompted him on some others, which is still damn good for a 15 yr old, but he didn't name him the most skillful in our squad.

I hope we can beat Slavia Prague quite comfortably in the next CL game so we can bring on this guy to get the CL youngest ever player record. I don’t know how old the current holder was but apparently no 15 year old has ever played in the competition. Max turns 16 end of Dec.

Sicario2 Arteta tends to reward players signing contracts rather than bribing them with minutes so I'd say he has a really good chance of getting that record now.

Youngest was 16 years and 18 days... Maybe he can squeak an appearance in before that. It would be cool for him to hold that record.

USArsenal ok might be Slavia Prague or Club Brugge away this side of the year as he won’t get on the pitch v Bayern. Our last two games are in 2026 and that might be too late for the record.
