They better be motivated against Newcastle or we will be fighting for 5th the last day and I wouldn't be encouraged playing Southampton. I think Arteta has done so well to get us up there , but we need improvement now and I don't trust him to fix our attacking issues so move him on.

See the difference between us and pool in that 2nd goal? They attack our backline aggressively - all 3 players. Direct. We, on the other hand will pass it to the wing and then sloooow things down waiting for guys to arrive so we can camp around the box for nothing. Or waiting for Saka to do some magic and/or cross it in. This is not great football. This is making shit hard on yourselves.
