flobaba have you heard of "BORING BORING ARSENAL!"?
That's literally what we have been throughout our history, apart from the Arsene Wenger era - in all its faults and glories. And the first few years of Georgie Graham, so for those of you in despair at what we're doing now, I feel bad for you, but it's very much on Arsenal brand.
I'll go further and say for all the fact I did not like the line up yesterday, at half time I felt really pleased with what Arsenal had done - as George Graham would have been. Liverpool did not know what to do with us. In the aftermath of the game, it was very easy to feel we got what we deserved, but the further away from the game we get, I find it difficult to fault a manager who came up with a game plan which completely stifled the best attack in the country.
He did that without Kai, without our captain, without our best player and having lost Saliba in the warm up. And it took an absolute worldie to beat us.
Three games in, two of which were away at grounds we always struggle at, is not the proper time to judge this team, or the manager - Eze's only been in the building for five minutes, for chrissakes. We all know this, don't we?
