I don't think Raheem Sterling had anything to do with us conceding 9 shots and over 1.1xG that half or the fact that they were completely playing through us at will. Don't let the terrible attacking performance distract you from the terrible defensive performance. That was maybe the worst defensive half from us this season.

I do think he has to do with it. He offers no threat up front, no outlet on that side, and doesnt track back to help defend and he doesn't press for shit. When we are playing this handicapped, it unbalances us. Even the studio is calling Sterling out as being the big weak link in this team.
