I just hope that we have good intel that says that Rodrygo is actually going to leave if we are going to put our eggs in that basket. Personally, my preference is Eze but I don't have issues if we go for Rodrygo instead. However, if we miss out on Eze and then Rodrygo just stays at Madrid or we get gazumped by City, then I do have fears we will look back on the failed Eze pursuit as a big miss if we end up without any hardware at the end of the year.
I am bullish on Martinelli having a good season this year but I do want to replace Trossard this summer. Hopefully we can get some movement on Vieira, Trossard and maybe Zinchenko outgoings and then we will see something happen on a last attacker.
