He'll leave for whatever sum Arsenal (or any other club) are willing to pay in the end. Sporting are just trying to squeeze every dime out of the deal because he's 27 and there won't be another opportunity to get millions for him. They thought they could go back on the agreement since it was with Hugo Viana who has since left, but getting more money out of the deal will only work if there are competing clubs in the picture and that's not the case since Gyökeres has made it clear he wants to come here. He has turned down both Juventus and Manchester United. Sporting aren't going to risk missing out the money altogether.
