i don't even see the relevance of bringing up ESR, he's played 525 total minutes during our 2 title challenging seasons. he's been irrelevant outside of our two 8th placed finishes.

The bad news is that we have both Sterling and Saka in the side now, the we’re going to be public enemy no.1 for the Sun/Mail/Telegraph.

Selling him would have been a poor decision. We'd have 8 defenders, 4 of which are Tierney, Tomiyasu, Zinchenko and Timber all of whom have varying degrees of injury concerns.

Meatwad we know the names. Williams, sesko etc. I'm not being critical of missing out on the main targets this window. they said they didnt want to leave their clubs. I'm actually ok with the business we've done, and the squad is well rounded. what I'm saying next go around, no defenders or rando opportunistic deals.

Meatwad you don't raise the ceiling with cast offs. You have to break down the door and take players. You don't just see who's available.
