Qwiss we attacked Wolves after going down to 10 men after MLS card. We beat them 1-0 through Calafiori. Kept pressure up second half. Other games like West Ham, Bournemouth, Brighton, not so much

In the end, Villa managed a total of 6 shots on around 0.3xG versus 25 shots and 2.2xG for United yesterday. Doesn’t feel like an overwhelmingly positive outing

I don't know what anyone expected at Man City, given the situation and we would have got the win but for Michael Oliver. I was at the Brighton game and losing Dec when we did completely threw the team into chaos and by the time Arteta got a sub on we'd conceded. We still had a few great chances to win that game.

West Ham... Well, we didn't have an attack to begin with, so we were done for at 1-0 down. MLS red card was just the final nail.

Bournemouth was the one game I'd be critical of us in the ten men situation, but we hadn't been very good with 11 either.
