Yeah, I doubt that will be the narrative putting pressure on Liverpool, even if the next two games play out the way we all hope. Probably the opposite outting pressure on us.
More likely, it’ll be something like, "Liverpool didn’t make any signings and have a new manager with uncertainties over some key players' futures, yet despite this they are overachieving and fiercely fighting for what seemed like an unexpected title challenge."
There’ll probably also be a bit of the following thrown in for good measure: "Arsenal deserve no sympathy, as they could have been far, far ahead by now and been champions-elect, but they let themselves get pulled into a dogfight and injury crisis because they chose not to strengthen their attack in the summer."
