He looked good tonight charging around the midfield, but as a centreback he switches off more often than you do when you're losing at Fifa!

Funny! I just posted the exact same thing on my Facebook page. Barca bore the hell out of me. The more I think about it, it's their strikers - Messi, Eto'o, David Villa, Ronaldinho that have made them worth watching the last few years. All that tikka takka nonsense in the middle of the park is effective but makes me want to eat my eyes

Pretty obvious Barca will go trough in CL. Real may have a little chance to win copa del rey though.

I thought it was a pretty unenjoyable match all told. Madrid were negative and Barcelona were proactive, but ultimately happy to do just enough. The players seemed happier rolling around on the floor than playing football.

Watching Barcelona play when they're not all that bothered about winning, is not much fun! Whenever Messi got he ball the game became interesting for a while.

barca have become a joke. their possession football is ridiculous and a complete parody of football. they play with almost no risk. extremely boring football most of the time. hope we never end up like that.

here's how you beat barca:

sit back and absorb pressure for the first 60 mins. barca's intense pressing will take its toll and the players will get tired. then you hit them on quick counter attacks. i think real have a decent chance of knocking out barca.
