Says a fella who lives in Colorado! When I was in Denver and out on the I-70 in 2011, the nice old waitresses in the truckstop diners were all "can ah-woorrrrrrrm y'aall uhp" or "can ah-gitcha a currrpa joe" when they came over with that unbearable urn coffee.
Coombs NZ could also be an option depending on your field (ie, if it's on the skilled or in demand list). The pay will be less and houses more expensive but the accent maybe slightly less ridiculous than Australia and the lifestyle maybe a bit more laid back and no dangerous wildlife 😆
Dom yea that money argument never made sense to me, depending on your line of work there's always jobs that will pay more regardless of where you live. Not many places where you have to worry about doing a school run in the morning and picking your pickney up from the morgue in the afternoon.
