Mirth yeah this is main point he's been fanning and boosting extreme right wing messaging for nearly 2 years you don't get them benefit of the doubt in that context that you didn't know what you were doing. He literally responded to a user who accused Jews of hating white people and professing indifference to antisemitism by posting, “You have said the actual truth.”
If you suggest you aren't aware of Musk's political views, which i think in the current global situation is pretty hard to miss, but fair enough but then you are missing a lot of relevant information which gives context to this discussion and why people don't buy it's just a mistake. If someone has been engaging and boosting extremist rhetoric when that person makes and extremist action like this I don't think it's a coincidence or they didn't know exactly what they were doing.
Also as has been shown in this thread with Biden people are hypocrites especially when their view clashes with making money so an example where he's doing something hypocritical which would benefit his company doesn't prove what his beliefs are. It just shows he's has no principles beyond self interest.
