Gazza M Declan Rice has been our best player this season, the issue isn't him replacing Partey it's that Partey can't stay fit for more than ten minutes. Two bad games in a row doesn't change that.

I'm not going to argue about Havertz as; a) he's been largely rubbish and; b) he's pushed Smith Rowe so far down the pecking order he can't get on the pitch on a day like today when his qualities would have been very useful.

daredevil no. Stop with this tired bullshit. Just because Havertz is useless doesn't mean every midfielder was useless. Cole Palmer's been excellent. Liverpool are top of the league with an entire new midfield. Maddison was excellent for Spurs. Etc etc There are tons of examples.

Replacing Xhaka, who is no way special wasn't an impossible job. Arteta just fucked it up and anyone whod watched the PL the last 3 years could see it was a horrible decision.
